Hitachi HPV series hydraulic pumps consist of main components, each of which plays an important role in its operation. The main components of this pump include:
- Gearbox (Head Cover)
The main structural element of a hydraulic pump, which houses the gear reducer and other internal components. Its main function is to protect and hold the mechanical elements of the reducer, which transmits rotational motion from the engine to the hydraulic pump.
- Hydraulic pump cover (Head Cover Block)
The part of a hydraulic pump that encloses the housing and holds the components inside, ensuring their secure attachment and protection from external influences. It may also contain seals that ensure the entire pump is leak-proof
- Cylinder block (Cylinder block Rotor)
consists of several cylinders in which plungers are located, which, moving inside the cylinders, create a variable volume, due to which hydraulic fluid is sucked in and pumped out.
- Piston shoe
ensures the creation of pressure in the hydraulic system through reciprocating movements, ensures the supply of fluid to the hydraulic circuit, and also regulates the volume of fluid that is moved in one cycle.
- Hydraulic pump shaft (Drive Shaft)
transmits mechanical energy from the engine to the internal elements of the pump, in particular to the cylinder block. Due to the rotational movement of the shaft, the plungers begin to move and drive the pump, creating the necessary pressure and moving the hydraulic fluid.
- Gear pump
A simple and reliable device used to pump liquids. It consists of two gears that rotate inside a housing. When these gears collide, cavities are formed between their teeth, which are filled with liquid. This liquid is then carried to the pump outlet.
- Valve plate
This is a part that is responsible for controlling the flow of working fluid between the suction and discharge parts of the pump. It is commonly used in pumps to regulate the direction of fluid movement through the channels of the hydraulic system.
- Hydraulic pump regulator (Regulator assembly)
It is a component that controls the operating parameters of a hydraulic pump, such as fluid flow and pressure. Its main task is to automatically adapt the pump's operation to changes in the hydraulic system, ensuring optimal efficiency and preventing overload.
- Gear center
Provides mechanical transmission within the gearbox, interacting with other gears to transmit rotational motion from the shaft to the pump's working mechanisms. The sun gear is the main gear in the gearbox and provides the torque displacement required to drive the hydraulic system.
- Servo piston (Servo Piston)
A component used to automatically control the operation of a pump, in particular to regulate its displacement or performance. It is part of a feedback system that maintains optimal pump performance.
- Feed back lever
A part used to change the direction or control the flow of fluid in a hydraulic system. The lever provides the ability to reverse the flow of fluid or change the operating mode of the pump.
- Ball bearing (Bearing)
A component used to support rotating parts of a pump, such as a shaft, with minimal friction. It consists of an inner and outer ring and balls located between them. A ball bearing allows the rotating parts of a pump to operate smoothly and efficiently, reducing friction losses and increasing the pump's durability.
- Distributor washer connector (Link of Valve)
A spare part that provides a reliable mechanical connection of the distribution plate with other parts of the pump, in particular with pistons or plungers. The part plays an important role in transmitting forces and regulating the direction of movement of the hydraulic fluid in the system. The connector guarantees the precise location and synchronous operation of the distribution plate, which allows the hydraulic system to function effectively.
- Snap Ring
A component used to hold pump parts in position and prevent them from shifting or moving axially. Retaining rings are typically installed in grooves on shafts or in the pump housing, ensuring a secure fit and reducing wear and damage to parts during operation.
- Ball of center Pin
A component typically used to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the mechanical connection between moving parts of a pump. It is usually part of a feedback system or mechanism that controls the operation of the pump.
- Fork pin (Pin)
A component used to provide a connection between moving parts of a pump, particularly in systems using fork mechanisms. The pin usually acts as a pivot or connecting element, allowing the various parts of the pump to move synchronously and ensuring their efficient operation.
- Servo piston pin (Tilting Pin)
A part that provides the connection and transmission of motion between the servo piston and other elements of the hydraulic system. The servo piston is usually used to regulate the pressure and volume of fluid supplied by the pump, and the pin plays an important role in the mechanical transmission of forces and control of its movement.
- Center Pin
A component that provides connection and support to the moving parts of a pump, usually in systems using plunger mechanisms. The center pin plays a key role in transmitting forces and ensuring the stability of the pump.
- Gasket Head Cover
A spare part used to provide a seal between the pump housing and its cover. It prevents hydraulic fluid leakage and also protects the internal components of the pump from dirt and moisture.
- Spring (Spring of Rotor)
A spare part that performs the function of feedback or pressure regulation in the system. Performs the functions of pressure regulation, feedback, and damping
- Hydraulic pump repair kit (Seal kit)
is a set of components used to repair and maintain a hydraulic pump. Repair kits usually contain the necessary items to restore the pump to its original condition after wear, damage, or for preventive maintenance.
- Seal Shaft
a sealing element used to prevent hydraulic fluid from leaking from a pump. It also protects the internal components of the pump from dirt, dust, and moisture. Oil seals provide a seal at the joints of moving parts such as shafts or pistons.
