Uchida AP2D18 is a tandem variable displacement axial piston pump with swash plate. Two independent pump sections in a single housing provide simultaneous supply to different hydraulic circuits — travel drive and working equipment — without mutual interference. Optionally equipped with a third gear pump for pilot control circuit supply. Used as the main pump in mini excavators weighing 3–6 tonnes by Kubota, Komatsu, Caterpillar, Takeuchi, Kobelco, Hyundai and IHI.
