Sauer-Danfoss H1P045 is an axial piston hydraulic pump with variable displacement and a swashplate, the smallest frame size of the H1P closed-circuit series. The pump is designed for hydrostatic transmissions of compact mobile machinery. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the H1P045 is used primarily in mini excavators, skid steer loaders, and small agricultural and municipal equipment. The design includes an integrated Gerotor charge pump with pressure-balanced valve plates. The electrohydraulic servo system controls the swashplate angle — flow reversal is achieved by tilting the plate without additional valves. The pump supports EDC, FNR, MDC, AC, FDC control systems.
