Sauer-Danfoss H1P089 is a closed-circuit axial piston hydraulic pump with variable displacement and a cradle swashplate design. Designed for hydrostatic transmissions of medium mobile machinery — crawler excavators, bulldozers, pipelayers and loaders. With the transition to the 089 frame size, the rated speed decreases to 3,300 rpm, reflecting an orientation towards more powerful and heavier machines with higher torque. The integrated Gerotor charge pump with pressure-balanced valve plates minimises volumetric losses and ensures stable charge pressure in the closed circuit. Flow direction and magnitude are controlled by the swashplate angle via the electrohydraulic servo system — reversal is achieved without switching valves. Available control options: EDC, FNR, MDC, AC, FDC.
