Sauer-Danfoss H1P115 is a closed-circuit axial piston hydraulic pump with variable displacement and a cradle swashplate design. The pump is oriented towards hydrostatic transmissions of heavy mobile machinery — large crawler excavators, bulldozers, pipelayers and drilling rigs, where high tractive force is required at moderate travel speeds. The closed hydraulic circuit paired with the integrated Gerotor charge pump ensures constant system circuit charge pressure and effective working fluid cooling. Travel direction reversal is achieved by changing the swashplate angle via the electrohydraulic servo system — without mechanical switches or additional fittings. The pump supports EDC, FNR, MDC, AC, FDC control systems.
