Sauer-Danfoss H1P165 is a closed-circuit axial piston hydraulic pump with variable displacement and a cradle swashplate design. Together with the H1P147, it belongs to the senior subclass of the H1P series and is used in the heaviest crawler machines — large industrial excavators, heavy bulldozers and powerful drilling complexes, where maximum torque is the priority rather than high rotational speed. The closed hydraulic circuit combined with the integrated Gerotor charge pump ensures reliable charge pressure and thermal stabilisation of the system even under prolonged peak loads. Changes in direction and travel speed are achieved steplessly via the electrohydraulic servo system without mechanical switches.
