Hitachi HMGF18 HMGE18 — axial piston hydraulic swing motor
Hitachi HMGF18 HMGE18 is an axial piston swing motor of the HMGC series by Hitachi with an inclined cylinder block. Structurally designed for crawler excavators of the 10–12 tonne class, it performs the function of driving the upper structure and is the smallest version of the HMGF and HMGE series. Each motor includes a spring-applied parking brake with a friction disc pack and an anti-reverse valve. The motor is installed in Hitachi crawler excavators.
