Hitachi HPV118JX is a triple type axial piston variable displacement pump, a unique configuration of the HPV118 series. Unlike the standard tandem HPV118HW, it contains three independent piston sections of 118 cm³/rev, enabling simultaneous operation of multiple hydraulic circuits. Designed for Hitachi ZH series special equipment (hybrid excavators) and senior ZX-5B series models of the 25–29 tonne class. The pump is installed in Hitachi crawler excavators.
