Komatsu HPV165 — axial piston hydraulic pump
The Komatsu HPV165 hydraulic pump is a variable displacement axial piston pump developed in-house by Komatsu, belonging to the HPV series. In tandem configuration, each of the two pumps has its own regulation circuit, allowing the OLSS system to independently control flow to the working equipment and travel drive without power loss during simultaneous operation. The most widely used large displacement size in the series — covering the entire PC400 and PC450 model range from generation -6 to -8.
