Liebherr LPVD125 — variable displacement axial piston hydraulic pump
Liebherr LPVD125 is a variable displacement axial piston pump from the LPVD series for open hydraulic circuits. At maximum pressure of 350 bar it develops a torque of 802 Nm and provides flow up to 274 l/min — this is already the heavy class, where the pump is required not only for precision but also for resistance to prolonged peak loads. The swash plate design rests on a cradle — a spherical or cylindrical bearing in the pump housing — the inclination angle is regulated by a servo piston depending on the load, allowing smooth adjustment of the displacement without stopping the pump. The modular regulator system supports hydraulic pressure cut-off (DA), electro-proportional regulator (EL) and load sensing control.
