Kayaba MAG170 — travel motor 170 cm³

Kayaba MAG170 axial piston travel motors are designed for open circuit hydraulic systems as a final drive for mid-class crawler equipment. The design combines an axial piston swashplate motor with a planetary gearbox with rotating housing (case-rotation). Standard features include a parking brake, two-speed mechanism and shockless relief valve for smooth braking and cavitation prevention. Used as a travel motor (final drive) in 16–20-tonne excavators from Kobelco, Case, Sumitomo, Sany and Liugong.
