Sauer-Danfoss MPT044 MPV044 — axial piston variable displacement hydraulic pump
Sauer-Danfoss Series 40 hydraulic pumps MPV044 and MPT044 are axial piston units with a swashplate design and variable displacement, designed for closed-circuit hydrostatic transmissions of medium power. The swashplate inclination is steplessly adjusted in both directions from the neutral position, providing smooth flow reversal and flexible actuator speed control. The tandem version MPT044 combines two pump sections on a common shaft for simultaneous supply of two independent circuits from a single drive. The Series 40 is characterised by compact dimensions with high power density and a wide range of control options, making the MPV044 and MPT044 suitable for mobile machinery with limited space for hydraulic equipment installation, as well as for fan drives of cooling systems.
