Sauer-Danfoss Series 20 pumps in frame sizes PV24 and SPV2/119 are axial piston units with a swashplate design and variable displacement for closed-circuit hydrostatic transmissions. The swashplate is steplessly adjusted in both directions from the neutral position, providing smooth flow reversal and flexible flow control without additional valve fittings. The SPV2/119 belongs to the larger frame sizes of Series 20 and is oriented towards drives with higher displacement and torque requirements. The SMF2/119 motor is a fixed displacement swashplate unit operating in tandem with Series 20 pumps, forming a unified hydrostatic power transmission system. Output shaft speed is determined by working fluid flow, and torque by differential pressure between the working ports.
