The Sauer-Danfoss PV90R130 / PV90L130 is a closed-circuit axial piston unit of the Series 90 with a swash plate. The design features nine pistons with slipper pads sliding on the swash plate, providing smooth flow regulation from zero to maximum in both directions. PV90R130 and PV90L130 are mirror-image versions — with right-hand and left-hand shaft rotation respectively. They are used as the hydrostatic transmission pump in forwarders by Ponsse, Timberjack, John Deere and Valmet, as well as in Allianz / Johnston road sweepers and transit mixer drum drives. In Claas Lexion series combine harvesters, New Holland CR and Case IH Axial-Flow, they provide the hydrostatic drive for the undercarriage.
