Linde HPR-01 — self-regulating pumps for open circuit operation
Linde HPR-01 is a first-generation H-series axial piston self-regulating pump for open hydraulic circuits. The pump automatically adjusts flow output in response to system pressure, reducing heat losses and drive load. The swash plate design supports tandem configurations via a through-drive shaft for connecting additional pumps without a separate drive. The series covers displacement sizes from 90 to 160 cc.

Advantages of Linde HPR-01
- Pressure-based flow self-regulation — the pump automatically reduces output when set pressure is reached, preventing drive overload and system overheating
- H-series swash plate design — delivers high operating pressure and reliability under demanding working conditions
- Tandem installation capability — the through-drive shaft allows additional pumps to be connected without a separate drive
Applications of Linde HPR-01
Linde HPR-01 pumps are used as main open-circuit pumps in excavators and cranes from Liebherr, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo and Atlas — in older-generation machines where the HPR-01 series was the standard solution for boom and swing circuit control.
Parts and repair of Linde HPR-01 regulating pumps
Quality spare parts are available for the Linde HPR-01 series: cylinder blocks, shafts, pistons, valve plates, seals and repair kits. Parts are selected using equipment catalogues and hydraulic diagrams, ensuring accurate identification without errors.
Aspect Plus provides professional repair of Linde HPR-01 regulating pumps: fault diagnosis, replacement of worn components and final bench testing to confirm restoration of factory specifications.
