Linde HPR-02 — self-regulating pumps for open circuit operation
Linde HPR-02 is an H-series axial piston self-regulating pump for open hydraulic circuits. The pump operates on a flow-on-demand principle with load sensing control, automatically adapting output to current system demand and reducing energy losses. An optional SPU silencer is available to suppress pressure pulsations and reduce noise levels by up to 50% without any power loss. The series covers displacement sizes from 55 to 280 cc.

Advantages of Linde HPR-02
- Load sensing self-regulation — the pump delivers exactly the flow demanded by the system, minimising heat losses and reducing drive load
- Optional SPU silencer — pressure pulsation damper reduces noise emission by up to 50% without mechanical losses
- High power density in a compact envelope — the H-series delivers higher pressure and flow ratings compared to the B-series under equivalent installation conditions
- Wide choice of controller types — LP, TL2, E1L and further configurations to match specific hydraulic system requirements
Applications of Linde HPR-02
Linde HPR-02 pumps are used as main open-circuit pumps in excavators and cranes from Liebherr, Caterpillar, Volvo, Komatsu, Atlas and Terex — in machines requiring energy-efficient control of multiple actuators simultaneously with independent speed and pressure regulation.
Parts and repair of Linde HPR-02 regulating pumps
Quality spare parts are available for the Linde HPR-02 series: cylinder blocks, shafts, pistons, valve plates, seals and repair kits. Parts are selected using equipment catalogues and hydraulic diagrams, ensuring accurate identification without errors.
Aspect Plus provides professional repair of Linde HPR-02 regulating pumps: fault diagnosis, replacement of worn components and final bench testing to confirm restoration of factory specifications.
