Sauer-Danfoss Series 45 hydraulic pumps ERR100 and ERL100 are axial piston units with a swashplate design and variable displacement of 100 cm³, designed for open-circuit hydraulic systems of mobile machinery. The R and L designations indicate the input shaft rotation direction — clockwise (CW) and counter-clockwise (CCW) respectively. The pumps provide stepless flow control from zero to maximum according to system demand. The Frame E of Series 45 features a single servo piston and a swashplate on polymer plain bearings, ensuring reliability and durability under demanding operating conditions. A wide range of control options — from mechanical pressure compensator to electronic torque limiter (ETL) and fan drive control (FDC) — allows adaptation to various hydraulic system layouts, including fan drives for cooling systems. The pump is installed in Terex machinery.
