Sauer-Danfoss FRR090 FRL090 — axial piston hydraulic pump 90 cm³
Sauer-Danfoss FRR090 and FRL090 are variable displacement axial piston hydraulic pumps of 90 cm³ from Series 45 for open-circuit hydraulic systems of medium and high power mobile machinery. The pumps are compatible with Danfoss PVG proportional valves and the PLUS+1® control system, enabling precise electronic flow control without intermediate valves. Series 45 supports the Electronic Torque Limiting (ETL) function, which protects the engine from overload and stall by automatically limiting power consumption in real time. For cooling and ventilation systems, a specialised Fan Drive Control (FDC) in a compact single-spool configuration is available — making the FRR090 and FRL090 suitable for fan drives as well. The pumps are installed in John Deere and Caterpillar machinery.
