Toshiba SG02 is a swing drive assembly combining an axial piston hydraulic motor and a multi-stage planetary gearbox. The hydraulic motor converts hydraulic flow energy into rotational movement; the gearbox reduces speed and significantly increases output torque. Installed on Kobelco and Sumitomo crawler excavators.
