Sauer-Danfoss MPV045 is an axial piston hydraulic unit with a swashplate design and variable displacement, designed for closed-circuit hydrostatic transmissions of medium power. The swashplate inclination is steplessly adjusted in both directions from the neutral position, providing smooth flow reversal and flexible actuator speed control without additional valve fittings. The pump can be equipped with an integrated charge pump to replenish the circuit and cool the working fluid. Thanks to its compact dimensions and high power density, the MPV045 is well suited for mobile machinery with limited mounting space. A wide range of control options — mechanical, hydraulic and electronic — allows flexible integration into various hydraulic system layouts, including proportional flow control. The pump is installed in JCB and Bomag machinery.
