Sauer-Danfoss Series H1P — hydraulic pump
Sauer-Danfoss Series H1P is a line of variable-displacement axial piston hydraulic pumps with displacements from 45 to 250 cm³ for closed-circuit hydrostatic systems. The pumps use a cradle swashplate design that reverses flow direction by simply tilting the swashplate through its zero-displacement position. The series is rated for a maximum working delta pressure of 480 bar and features an integrated gerotor charge pump with pressure-balanced port plates to minimise volumetric losses. Hydraulic, proportional electrohydraulic, discrete, and mechanical controls are available.

Applications Series H1P
Sauer-Danfoss Series H1P pumps serve as the primary hydrostatic drive in bulldozers, crawler excavators, pipelayers, and drilling rigs. The series is also widely used in compact track loaders, industrial snowcats, and grain and forage harvesters from John Deere, Claas, and Case IH.
Parts and repair Series H1P
Quality spare parts are available for the Sauer-Danfoss Series H1P: cylinder blocks, shafts, pistons with slippers, valve plates, swashplates, gerotor charge pumps, seals, and repair kits. Parts are identified using the pump model code and serial number.
